410 N DEARBORN, CHICAGO
410 North Dearborn Street Chicago is the first dual brand, high-rise select service hotel in the United States for White Lodging Services. This 27-story, 300 foot tall dual brand Marriott provides both short-term and long-term stay options for hotel guests in a Residence Inn and Springhill Suites urban high-rise. The presentation of choice, variety, and cost are present in this format. The hotel guest can select short term stay accommodations or longer term with in-room kitchenette and dining spaces, as well as high and moderate price dining options within the ground floor of the two hotels. Additionally, there are separate breakfast and lounge facilities on the second floor lobby level. Interior hotel room layouts inform the tower’s vertical and horizontal external expression that is capped by a 15,000 gsf piano-shaped 2-story private residence.
