29 N WACKER, CHICAGO

29 North Wacker Drive Chicago is a 250,000 gsf 20-story mixed-use office, retail, and adaptive re-use development.  Originally built in the late 1950’s, the building was re-purposed and redesigned for Class A office space.  The original marble stone exterior wall was removed and replaced with granite while the original horizontal glazing was retained.  A suspended external aluminum screen was added along Wacker Drive and Washington Streets and a second floor continuous glass bay window was added along Wacker Drive gaining new office lease space from a previous storage/mechanical floor.  The ground floor retail, main entrance lobby, and typical floor ADA upgrades complete the building transformation.
